Yes. Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the 50% remainder that needs to be paid when the project is complete before final files are released.

As I only take on a limited number of clients I often book out in advance, so I recommend getting in touch well before your deadline date to get the ball rolling.

No, all deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue, scheduling in proper time to dedicate to your project and also ensuring you are committed to moving forward. As a result, I turn away others for your reserved time slot, so if you back out of the project you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another client.

I use Squarespace to create all my websites with added custom-coding as this is the platform I know best. My clients also find Squarepace to be the most functional, and easy-to-use platform after I have delivered the site.

Unfortunately I don't offer copywriting. I will provide you with a guide on what content you will need for your website, however many of my clients choose to hire a professional copywriter. I am happy to pass on some recommendations.

Email is my preferred form of contact due to its efficiency in providing a written trail for project details, allowing thoughtful responses with clear communication, and enables me to manage projects effectively by organising information systematically while maintaining a structured workflow. I am also available for phone calls if needed which can be arranged by appointment.

This is a collaborative process and your input is important. I’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire to begin with and to provide me with any images and text copy for website, branding or collateral design. You must have all content ready to go by our agreed upon start date.

I have a preferred local printing company that I work with, if you wish to print through me I am happy to provide a separate quote for this once the design work is complete.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
01. Get In Touch
The first step is to get in touch by filling out the form on our contact page with your information and project details.
02. Quote & Book In
Once I have received all your project details and after an initial chat via email/phone, or over a coffee if you are local, I will send you through a quote for your approval. Followed by a contract and an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to book in your project.
To ensure a solid foundation for your project, I’ll provide you with a questionnaire covering details about your business, target audience and vision. Once completed this will service as our project brief, shaping the creative direction.
03. Creative Direction
I will then begin the creative work and together, we will work on refinements until everything is perfect. Once you approve the designs, I will send over the final files. Then it’s time to celebrate!
